• Provide basic customer service to shoppers. 

• Assist manager with stock taking and stock management.    

• Trained and qualified as a part-time cashier 

• Responsible for hitting sales targets, counting sales, and ensuring no discrepancies. 

• Conducting training for new hires as my seniority put me in charge of guiding and leading newcomers as they worked.

• Assisted in merchandising and mannequin outfit change several times and supported my manager in organizing the store. 

Event Promoter, Singapore Expo, Singapore                                                                    June 2021 – August 2021 

Event 

Part-time event promoter 

• I am responsible for boosting the sales of the store I was assigned to on that day. 

• I am selling the brand to consumers to generate revenue for the event.

• On the day of the event, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of event execution. This includes coordinating vendor setup, addressing any issues or emergencies that arise with the supervisor, and ensuring that the event adheres to the planned schedule.

• My role is flexible and as a part-time employee, I got the opportunity to work around multiple brands and outlets to gain exposure and knowledge in the industry.
